Great website tho. I followed the video exactly, but for some reason I don't get the startup messages saying that it is working. Neither the ENB nor the 'pinnacle of v' message.

The ENB they use is atrocious. VisualV and something like bits' photorealistic v2. It looks like amature hour with the color department.
Color is everything. Yeah, like one where the buildings and terrain are visually transparent, and the people are visually bright red.
Heck it's only visual! Modded files are modded files. People are going to mod. I haven't seen it, but I would figure invisible textures would make the game damn near unplayable.
Regardless, if someone wants to be an asshole they are either going to wallhack or the visual mod equivalent and either is going to create an influx of reports.
